Cracks are chased open, vacuumed, and filled with a polymer-modified patch that bonds into the surrounding concrete. Spalls and pits are filled and feathered. Oil stains are degreased and re-ground until the contamination is gone from the surface. We do not coat over uncured contaminants. If the slab has a structural problem rather than a surface flaw we will tell you that during the in-garage walk before quoting any coating.

Sweep regularly to keep grit off the surface, especially after the windy spring weeks Reno is known for. A soft mop with warm water and a small amount of pH-neutral cleaner handles routine cleaning. Skip harsh acids, ammonia, and anything petroleum-based. Wipe up oil and brake fluid spills when you see them, but do not panic if you miss one for a day.
